Course Overview

Through this second grade course, you'll see how to use such tools as bar models and arrays, and such addition and subtraction strategies as compensation and repeated addition. You’ll also see how these strategies support conceptual understanding and the development of multiplication understanding, giving students a strong foundation in math for future grades.
